Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims

US Speedo stands behind its products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please feel free to return or exchange them for a different product or full refund of the cost of the product(s). We offer a 5 year warranty on all of our Custom Gauge Faces! Please carefully read the terms outlined below and contact us via email, phone, or fill out the form on this page to start your return, exchange, or warranty claim.

1 . Returns

We accept returns. You can return items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with images and details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

  1. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This mainly pertains to closeout or clearance items and  will be clearly marked on the product display.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.



US Speedo warrants to the original purchaser of a Custom Gauge Face that all parts have been thoroughly tested, quality assured and produced using at a minimum, OEM quality materials and production processes. All Custom Gauge Face Parts are warrantied for a term of 5 years.

US Speedo warrants to the owner, dealer, repair and import service provider that all parts, labor and services related to speedometer repair, speedometer unit of measurement conversion, or importing services are in accordance with specifications of NHSTA, using OEM materials and are warrantied for a term of 1 year.

All warranties are in effect on the date of that the speedometer work commenced, or the date the US Speedo product was sold.  Warranty is subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations. US Speedo will, during the term of this Warranty, at its expense. offer repairs on speedometer work, to be performed at US Speedo. US Speedo will offer full replacement for any damaged custom gauge face. Upon expiration of the term of the Warranty, without notice from owner of the defective part, US Speedo shall have no further obligation to make repairs.


Terms, Conditions and Limitations:

This warranty does not cover any product or service finished that was altered or damaged by any person(s) other than US Speedo employee or representative.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplications, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. US Speedo liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit our units or equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the customer’s manufacturing costs, lost profits or good will. US Speedo shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications.


Notification by Owner:

During the term of this warranty, if the speedometer malfunctions, owner must immediately notify US Speedo by telephone or email of such malfunction or defect.

Owner must promptly confirm such contact notice by walk in, written or email notice to US Speedo. US Speedo is not responsible for services or products repaired by any other service company, and will not reimburse any services not repaired or warrantied through US Speedo.


All Return and warranty policies are subject to change. Though US Speedo stands behind it’s products and service 100%, some situations may fall outside of our policies. For this reason, US Speedo reserves the right to alter it’s policy at any time to better suit the particular case.
